No dia seguinte à manifestação de mais de três mil indígenas em frente à Advocacia-Geral da União (AGU), lideranças indígenas tiveram uma nova reunião com a ministra Grace Mendonça. Durante seis horas da tarde de quinta (26), representantes do Ministério Público Federal (MPF) e advogados de organizações indígenas e indigenistas reforçaram os argumentos jurídicos que demonstram a inconstitucionalidade do Parecer 001/2017, chamado pelos povos indígenas de “Parecer do Genocídio”, e lideranças reafirmaram o pedido por sua revogação imediata.
