Ninguém dorme na comunidade Watorikɨ. Pelo menos, não durante o primeiro Fórum de Lideranças Yanomami e Ye’kwana, realizado nesta maloca circular, o xapono, encravada no pé da “serra dos ventos”, ou watorikɨ, em yanomami. Naquela semana, no final de novembro, a aldeia no meio da floresta amazônica foi palco de um encontro histórico e inédito, que reuniu 120 lideranças de 53 comunidades, vindas de 26 regiões de um território de 9 milhões de hectares, a Terra Indígena Yanomami, entre Roraima e Amazonas.
